These terms apply to the Elie app ("Elie", "we", "us"). By using Elie you agree to them, together with Apple's Standard End User License Agreement and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
You must be at least 13 years old. If you're under the age of majority where you live, a parent or guardian should agree to these terms with you.
Elie offers vision boards, affirmations, guided audio and horoscopes to support a positive daily routine. It isn't medical, psychological, financial, legal or relationship advice, and it doesn't diagnose or treat any condition. Horoscopes are for entertainment and reflection. Results from manifestation practices aren't guaranteed. If you're struggling, please reach out to a qualified professional or local emergency services.
If you turn on AI personalization, some affirmations are written by an AI service based on your answers. We review how it's set up, but AI text can occasionally be imperfect. Use what helps you and let us know if something doesn't feel right.
Keep your Apple ID secure and tell us if you think someone else has accessed your account. You can delete your account at any time in the app (Profile โ Delete account).
Don't misuse Elie: no attempts to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service, to access other people's data, or to send abusive or unlawful content through feedback or feature suggestions.
Photos, labels, dreams and answers you add are yours. Only add photos you have the right to use. You give us permission to store and process your content only to run the app for you. Feature ideas you send us may be used to improve Elie without obligation to you.
The app, its design, illustrations, audio recordings, photos in our library, affirmations and other content belong to us or our licensors and are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use within the app. You may share quotes using the app's share feature.
We may update Elie, add or remove features, or change these terms. If changes are significant we'll let you know in the app; continuing to use Elie means you accept them. We try to keep the app running smoothly but can't promise it will always be available or error-free.
Elie is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost data, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for Elie in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.
